Relaxing Herbal Tea Mixture
Take this calming blend of soothing and calming herbs to dissipate tension after a busy day.
50 gr dried balm (Melissa officinalis)
50 gr dried chamomile (matricaria recutita or chamaemelum nobile)
50 gr dried lime blossom (Tilia spp)
Mix the herbs and keep them in a dark jar.
Put 1-2 teaspoons in a teapot.
Next you add a cup of boiling water and leave to steep for 5-10 minutes.
